Refund policy

We make candles of exceptional quality and guarantee your satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receipt to receive a refund or replacement. 

Returning Defective Product: We take extreme care in the production and delivery of our candles. In the rare case that something goes wrong, we'll make it right. Reach out to us and let us know what happened. We will refund your order in full or send replacements. We'll also cover return shipping.

Buyer Remorse Returns: If you're returning (unused!) product because you changed your mind or accidentally ordered the wrong thing, you'll need to cover the return shipping cost. We can produce a shipping label for you and deduct the cost from your refund, or you can purchase your own shipping. We'll issue your refund when the returned product has arrived and been reshelved. 

If you're sending back unused product for refund, please follow these steps: 

  • Give us a heads up via email (sales@beeswaxcandles.com) and let us know if you need a shipping label. 
  • Take great care in repacking the items. Full credit can only be given for items returned in the same condition in which they were received. 
  • Include the packing slip that came with your order or a printout of your order confirmation email. 
  • Ship returns to the address below (if you bought your own shipping, it never hurts to email us the tracking number so we can all stay on the same page):
